Innovation, IP & Licensing
MTPL Pharma develops innovation pathways that connect scientific research, patent protection, product development, scale-up, and licensing opportunities for future industrial and commercial application.
Patent Application Strategy
At MTPL Pharma, we focus on securing robust legal protection at every stage of development. We assess commercial potential from the earliest phases and apply advanced technologies during laboratory and preliminary testing to guide decisions that shape the long term pathway of each product.
When a new technology, process, active ingredient form, or formulation is developed, patent protection is treated as an immediate priority.
This approach allows us to align scientific development with intellectual property strategy from the outset.

Final Product Development
Product development at MTPL Pharma focuses on addressing real challenges shaped by current and emerging needs. We take a broad and practical approach, selecting the most suitable product forms across food supplements, rehabilitation products, prevention-oriented solutions, medical-purpose products, and pharmaceutical compositions.
We have the infrastructure to support prototype development, pilot batches, limited small-scale production runs, and pre-industrial development. Our formulation capabilities include liquid and semi-solid forms such as gels, creams, ointments, solutions, and suppositories.
These products can be transferred to partner manufacturing facilities based on patent-protected territories or client-specific requirements. This ensures a clear transition from development to scalable manufacturing.
Intellectual Property Analysis
We apply and continuously develop advanced analytical technologies to evaluate information from patent applications, granted patents, and scientific publications. This allows us to stay aligned with scientific progress, identify emerging innovation directions, and understand the boundaries of existing intellectual property.
A key focus area is laboratory scale drug development. Small scale experiments are conducted to determine the most suitable dosage and pharmaceutical forms for specific active ingredients or their combinations, while assessing therapeutic relevance, manufacturability, and industrial potential. This approach connects intellectual property analysis directly with product development and future commercialization.
Analytical Product Testing
The aim of analytical testing is to assess ingredient compatibility and to investigate the physical properties, purity, release profile of the active substance, and stability of developed medicinal products in order to achieve the most suitable composition or compositions.
Throughout the development process, analytical methods are continuously refined until an appropriate set of methods is established that fully characterizes product quality and later serves as the basis for quality control and product release.
Patent Application Preparation
During ongoing research and experimental development, innovations such as a beneficial composition, a possible new dosage form, or a novel technological solution may emerge. In each case, we assess such developments as potential competitive advantages and aim to secure patent protection wherever possible.
Manufacturing Scale-Up and Expansion
Our objective is to scale the manufacturing technology of products developed during laboratory experiments to the level required for future commercial production. Through a structured multi-stage process, final evaluation criteria are selected, quality-impacting parameters are identified, and the intended medical-purpose product or pharmaceutical form and manufacturing process are optimized.
This process supports the establishment of final specifications for medical products and medicines while ensuring that scientific development is aligned with industrial feasibility.

Licensing
Licensing is a core strategic pillar at MTPL Pharma, enabling entry into new markets and accelerating the commercialization of technologies and products without the need to establish local entities in each region.
We collaborate with pharmaceutical companies and qualified partners capable of supporting manufacturing and distribution in their respective markets. Licensed products may include food supplements, cosmetics, and medical-purpose products.
Our licensees may include pharmaceutical companies, rehabilitation centers, beauty and wellness centers, spa networks, and other health-focused businesses. Through licensing, we expand access to innovative products while maintaining flexibility across different markets and client needs. This model allows us to scale innovation globally while maintaining a focused and capital efficient structure.
